Defendant-appellant's conviction for obstructing official business, following his no-contest plea, was supported by sufficient evidence. The trial court did not fail to comply with the relevant provision of Crim.R. 11 in accepting defendant-appellant's no-contest plea. The trial court did not err by imposing both jail time and a fine for a misdemeanor.
