• Original process served by the sheriff (in most counties) or person specially appointed
• Subsequent service may be by any competent adult who is not a party
• Return must state date, time, place, and manner of service and name of person served
• Sworn or made under penalty of perjury (no notary required if so stated)
• Service on corporations under Rule 424 — officer, manager, or registered agent

3. 3Enter the full legal name and address of the grantee (the person receiving the property).

6. 6File the deed with the county recorder's office along with any required transfer tax forms and fees.
