Georgia Requirements

• Sheriff, deputy, or court-appointed permanent or special process server
• Return must state date, time, place, manner, and identity of person served
• Sworn or affirmed under penalty of perjury
• Substituted service on adult resident at dwelling house permitted
• Service on corporations under § 14-2-504 — registered agent, officer, or managing agent
