Syllabus

The trial court did not err when it allowed testimony that appellant had been seen the night before the murder with a gun matching the description of the murder weapon. Additionally, appellant's murder conviction was supported by the weight of the evidence. Finally, appellant did not receive ineffective assistance of counsel. Judgment affirmed.
