Jeremy S. Cornish appeals his convictions for murder and burglary, arguing the circuit court erred in (1) finding a search warrant obtained in the weeks before his trial cured the alleged constitutional violation arising from the initial collection of his buccal swabs, and (2) declining to instruct the jury on the defense of alibi. We affirm.
