Syllabus
We granted writs of certiorari to review the court of appeals' decision in Wilson v. Gandis, Op. No. 2018-UP-078 (S.C. Ct. App. filed Feb. 7, 2018). We affirm the court of appeals as modified and remand to the trial court.
