Syllabus

The common pleas court did not err in retaining jurisdiction over defendant found incompetent to stand trial based on its finding that he committed the offenses of burglary and kidnapping, as there was sufficient evidence that the defendant acted with the mens rea of purpose required to prove burglary and kidnapping.
