Trial court did not abuse its discretion in granting a civil stalking protection order to petitioner. Appellant repeatedly harassed and made inappropriate comments to petitioner, leading her to be in fear for her life. There was competent and credible evidence in the record that appellant acted knowingly. Appellant's actions and words are not protected speech under the First Amendment.
