Criminal. Trial court did not err in denying appellant's motion to suppress where encounter with law enforcement was consensual and later became supported by reasonable, articulable suspicion of criminal activity. Appellant, a native Spanish speaker, was properly provided with two Supreme Court certified interpreters.
