This is an appeal from a district court order (1) directing appellant to execute a settlement agreement as described by the terms of a memorandum of agreement (MOA) and as interpreted by the mediator through the MOA's dispute-resolution clause and (2) denying appellant's alternative request to rescind the MOA on the grounds of unilateral mistake. Because the parties' MOA unambiguously establishes the procedure to resolve disputed settlement-agreement terms, the district court properly ordered appellant to comply with it. And, because appellant did not present evidence of misrepresentation to prove a unilateral mistake, we affirm. 1
