Lykins v. Lykins

Citations

  • 2018 Ohio 2144

Syllabus

Although improperly calculating child support, the trial court did not err by designating appellee/cross-appellant the children's sole residential parent, nor in awarding appellant/cross-appellee less than equal parenting time. The trial court did also not err in its decision ordering appellant/cross-appellee to pay spousal support to appellee/cross-appellant or by ordering appellant/cross-appellee to pay a portion of appellee/cross-appellant's attorney fees.

Judges: S. Powell
