The juvenile court's findings under R.C. 2151.414(B)(1) and 2151.414(D)(1) were supported by sufficient evidence. Mother was unable to remedy the conditions that caused the children to be placed outside the children's home, which included substance-abuse concerns, along with a number of other concerns that caused the removal of the children from the home.
