Syllabus

<p>Depositions — Notice—Giving Name of Witness. Under Bal. Code, § 6019, for the taking of the evidence of a “witness” hy deposition, and requiring sufficient notice to enable a party to attend and “three days for preparation,” the notice must state the name of the witness to be examined, that being within the spirit if not the letter of the law.</p>
