Syllabus
<p>„ 1. Entry of judgment nunc pro tunc.—This court will enter a judgment of the court rendered at a former term nunc pro tunc.</p> <p>2. Same—Evidence of action of the court at the former term.—The court will look to the opinion and the entry on the docket as part of the record from which to ascertain the propriety of granting the motion to enter such judgment.</p> <p>3. Quere.—Whether the court will consider other evidence competent and admissible in any other investigation ? The mere certificate of the clerk is not evidence.</p>
