<p>Telegraphs and Telephones. Limitation of liability for mistake in unrepeated interstate message held binding on sendee.</p> <p>Tbe sendee of a telegram suing in tort for damages resulting from a mistake in the transmission tohim of an interstate telegram is bound by a provision in the contract between the company and the sender limiting the company’s liability for mistakes in the transmission of an unrepeated telegram to the amount received by the company for transmitting it.</p>
