<p>Telegraph and Telephone. Reasonable regulations and rules.</p> <p>The rule adopted by telegraph companies, that if a telegram is sent to its office by one of the company’s messengers, such messenger acts as agent of the sender only, is a reasonable regulation and in such case the telegraph company is not liable if the message was never brought to its office by the messenger.</p>
