<p>APPEAL — CESSATION OP CONTROVERSY-DISMISSAL.</p> <p>Where, pending an appeal from an order quashing a writ of review, which had been sued out by one removed from the office of director of a public institution, the officer is reinstated in office, the appeal will be dismissed on the ground of cessation of the controversy.</p>
