<p>APPEAL-DISMISSAL-CESSATION OE CONTEOVEESY.</p> <p>Where, pending an appeal, the parties thereto enter into such an agreement that an end is put to the controversy between them, with the exception of the question of costs, the appeal will be dismissed.</p>
