Syllabus

APPELLATE REVIEW - CHILDREN - CUSTODY - SHARED PARENTING: The domestic relations court has broad discretion when determining child custody and the appellate court will not disturb the trial court's judgment if it is supported by competent, credible evidence. The domestic relations court did not abuse its discretion in ordering shared parenting where there was competent, credible evidence supporting the trial court's determination that shared parenting was in the child's best interest and the parents were able to share parenting.
