The trial court abused its discretion in denying appellant's presentence motion to withdraw his no contest plea where the court failed to analyze appellant's motion under the two-prong test recognized in Strickland v. Washington, 466 U.S. 668 (1984). The matter was remanded for the trial court to engage in the proper analysis.
