Appellant has not demonstrated that there was a dispute as to the amount of restitution, thus triggering the trial court to hold a mandatory hearing pursuant to R.C. 2929.18(A)(1). Appellant also has not demonstrated how he was prejudiced by his counsel's alleged deficient conduct relating to requesting a hearing.
