The defendant-appellant's obstructing-official-business and resisting-arrest convictions are based on sufficient evidence and are not against the manifest weight of the evidence. The decision of the defendant-appellant's trial counsel to cross-examine a witness without the use of the transcript of the hearing is trial strategy and does not constitute ineffective assistance of counsel.
