Where the trial court's findings of facts and conclusions of law in divorce proceeding were supported by the evidence in the record, the trial court did not err in its determinations pursuant to R.C. 3105.171 regarding the parties' marital and non-marital property and how to divide any marital property equitably. Additionally, the trial court's award of attorney fees to defendant-appellee was readily explained in its decision and was within the trial court's discretion. Judgment affirmed.
