St. 3901, p. 3154), or its amendments (Act June 29, 1906, c. 3591, 34 Stilt. 584 [TJ. S. Comp. St. Supp. 3909, p. 3149]), being acts to regulate ¡commerce, do not apply to street railway companies engaged in the transportation of passengers between cities in different states.</p> <p>[Ed.
