Syllabus

<p>Under the laws of this State an action may be maintained against a person who operates or maintains a bath-house where bathing suits are furnished for hire, at the seaside resorts in the State, for negligence in failing to maintain proper and safe life lines and life -rafts for the protection of his patrons, when the patrons who are not guilty of contributory negligence are injured as a proximate result of the negligence of such operator or his agents.</p>
