<p>Mandamus — To Judge — Irreparable Injuby.</p> <p>Relator seeks in this proceeding to have a mandamus issued to the trial judge (who had granted an order permitting the dissolution of a preliminary injunction on bond) compelling him to grant a suspensive appeal from his order permitting the bonding. The application for a mandamus is refused, on the ground that the judge’s order would not work an irreparable injury under the circumstances.</p> <p>[Ed. Note. — For cases in point, see Gent.
