Syllabus

<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>As relates to some of tlie facts, there is no ground for an injunction; but as to other facts, they show cause for an Injunction, if sustained at the trial on the merits.</p> <p>Article 669 of the Civil Code provides that if one’s works, or one’s property cause an inconvenience to those in the neighboring houses, “their sufferance must be determined by the rules of the police or the customs of the place.”</p> <p>An injunction will issue to enforce ordinances, police regulations, and customs of a neighborhood in a matter of a partition wall and ventilation in a stable. This does not render necessary interference with defendant’s premises, its occupation, or use. It may continue without change until it is determined to what extent repairs or changes are necessary in order to maintain police regulations or custom. ,</p>
