Syllabus
<p>Contract'— Assignability. — A contract by which A agrees to sell and B to buy all the grapes of a certain standard which A may raise upon a certain vineyard during a certain period is assignable by A.</p> <p>Id. — Construction. — If the contract provides that the grapes shall not be gathered until they contain a certain percentage of saccharine matter, the buyer is not bound to receive grapes containing less saccharine matter.</p>
