Syllabus

The trial court did not err in granting appellee's motion for summary judgment. Appellee sufficiently proved ownership of the account and the balance of the account, and the court did not deprive appellant of due process by ruling on the motion for summary judgment rather than proceeding to trial. Judgment affirmed.
