The Petitioner, Jason White, appeals the Shelby County Criminal Court's summarydismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, he contends that theindictment, which charged him with conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with theintent to sell and deliver within a drug-free school zone, was fatally defective, whichdeprived the trial court of jurisdiction and rendered the judgments void. Based upon ourreview, we affirm the habeas corpus court's dismissal of the petition.
