Syllabus

Denial of motion to continue; Unger test; abuse of discretion. Appellant appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to continue the trial filed the day before trial was scheduled. We find that the trial court applied the proper test and weighed the factors in Unger and did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion to continue.
