Syllabus

<p>Basement — Right of way — Obstruction by gate.</p> <p>. Where land is subject to a right of way, the owner of the land, for the protection of his fields, may erect a gate across the right of way, provided that he observes a reasonable regard for the convenience of the owner of the right of way.</p>
