Syllabus
<p>A personal judgment for costs may not be rendered against tbe defendant, on default, in an action of trespass to try title to real estate, if citation was served on liim by publication, as anon-resident, and not personally and if such judgment be entered, it cannot be enforced against other property of the defendant within the jurisdiction of the court.</p>
