Texas Attorney General Opinion

Resident tuition rates, nonresident scholarship recipient may be eligible for if scholarship is competitive academic scholarship (Affirmed by Tex. Att'y Gen. LO-94-035)|Statutory authority to adopt rule, agency must cite in final order adopting rule; but failure to do so, by itself, does not invalidate rule where other, uncited statutes authorize rule (Affirmed by Tex.
