Under 75 Pa. C.S. § 1379, PennDOT can suspend vehicle registration for 6 or more unpaid parking tickets in Philadelphia (or 3+ in Pittsburgh per local rule).
A $43 restoration fee plus all outstanding fines must be paid before reinstatement.
BAA decisions are appealable to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas within 30 days.
MDJ decisions are appealable to the Court of Common Pleas within 30 days for a de novo trial.
