Toxic Release Inventory Report (TRI Form R)
Annual report required under EPCRA Section 313 from facilities that manufacture, process, or use toxic chemicals above threshold quantities.
Instructions
Report each listed toxic chemical separately using EPA Form R. Provide facility identification, chemical identity, maximum amounts on-site, releases to each environmental medium (air, water, land, underground injection), off-site transfers for disposal or recycling, and source reduction activities. Reports are due July 1 for the preceding calendar year. Data is publicly available through EPA's TRI Explorer. Covered facilities include those with 10 or more full-time employees in specified industry sectors.
