Title VII Employment Discrimination Complaint

Before filing suit, you must exhaust administrative remedies by filing an EEOC charge and obtaining a Right to Sue letter. File in federal court within 90 days of receiving the Right to Sue letter. Allege facts showing membership in a protected class, qualification for the position, adverse employment action, and circumstances giving rise to an inference of discrimination. Title VII covers employers with 15 or more employees.
