Section 404 Wetlands Fill Permit Application
Application for a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to discharge dredged or fill material into waters of the United States, including wetlands.
Instructions
Submit an application to the appropriate Corps district office. Include project plans showing the location, dimensions, and purpose of the proposed fill. Provide a wetland delineation report identifying jurisdictional waters. Demonstrate compliance with the Section 404(b)(1) guidelines: the project must be the least environmentally damaging practicable alternative.
