Disclose any known lead-based paint or hazards. Provide any available reports or records. Give the buyer or tenant the EPA pamphlet 'Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home.' For sales, allow a 10-day period for lead inspection (buyers may waive this right). Both parties must sign. Failure to comply can result in penalties up to $19,507 per violation under 42 U.S.C. 4852d.
