Application for an Employment Authorization Document (EAD), also known as a work permit, for eligible foreign nationals in the United States.

Select the eligibility category based on your immigration status (pending adjustment, asylum applicant, DACA, TPS, dependent spouse, etc.). Provide two passport-style photos, a copy of your current immigration document, and any previous EAD. Filing fee is $410 (fee-exempt for certain categories). If filed with I-485, no separate fee is required. Processing time is typically 3-6 months. You may request expedited processing in urgent cases.
