Instructions
File before your current authorized stay expires. Provide a reason for the extension or change of status. Include evidence supporting your request (continued enrollment for students, ongoing business need for workers). Attach a copy of your I-94, passport, and current visa. Filing fee is $370. You must maintain valid status while your application is pending. If your status has expired, consult an immigration attorney immediately.
