Instructions
Select the appropriate preference category: EB-1 (extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, multinational manager), EB-2 (advanced degree, exceptional ability, National Interest Waiver), or EB-3 (skilled workers, professionals). Provide evidence of the employer's ability to pay the offered wage. For most EB-2 and EB-3 cases, a PERM labor certification must be obtained first. Filing fee is $700. Premium processing is available for $2,805.
