Complete online at the Consular Electronic Application Center (ceac.state.gov). Upload a qualifying photo meeting State Department specifications. You will need your passport, travel itinerary, employment history for the past 10 years, and education history. Print the confirmation page with the barcode — you need it at your visa interview. The application fee (MRV fee) is $185 for most categories. Schedule your interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate.
