Environmental Impact Assessment Report
Comprehensive assessment of the potential environmental effects of a proposed project, prepared under state environmental review laws modeled on NEPA.
Instructions
Describe the proposed project and alternatives including the no-action alternative. Assess impacts on air quality, water resources, wildlife, vegetation, noise, traffic, cultural resources, and environmental justice communities. Identify mitigation measures for significant impacts. Include cumulative impact analysis. Many states (California CEQA, New York SEQRA, Washington SEPA) have their own environmental review requirements that may be more stringent than federal NEPA.
