Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (FRCP 65(b))

Demonstrate immediate and irreparable injury by affidavit or verified complaint. Explain why notice to the adverse party is impracticable (if seeking ex parte relief). Address the same four factors as a preliminary injunction. A TRO expires in 14 days unless extended for good cause. You must post security per FRCP 65(c).
