Instructions
Submit the application to your state or local air quality agency. Include a complete emissions inventory for all regulated pollutants (criteria pollutants, HAPs, GHGs). Describe emission units, control equipment, and monitoring methods. A major source is one that emits or has the potential to emit 100 tons per year of any criteria pollutant or 10/25 tons per year of HAPs. Permits are issued for 5-year terms with public notice and comment.
