Address the factors courts consider under the Bail Reform Act (federal) or state bail statutes: the nature and seriousness of the charges, the weight of the evidence, the defendant's ties to the community, employment history, financial resources, character, criminal history, and risk of flight or danger. Propose conditions of release (GPS monitoring, travel restrictions, surrender of passport, drug testing). Attach supporting documentation such as employment verification and letters of support.
