Answer to Complaint (Federal)

Number each paragraph to correspond to the complaint. For each allegation, state whether you admit, deny, or lack sufficient information. List all affirmative defenses in a separate section. Include any counterclaims or crossclaims. Must be filed within 21 days of service (or 60 days if service was waived).
