Act July 14, 1952, ch. 721, §1, 66 Stat. 597, which provided that this chapter could be cited as the "Halogeton Glomeratus Control Act", was repealed by Pub. L. 106–224, title IV, §438(a)(7), June 20, 2000, 114 Stat. 454.
