§70907. Exclusive right to name,1 seals, emblems, and badges
The FFA and its authorized chapters and associations of chapters have the exclusive right to use the names "Future Farmers of America" and "National FFA Organization," 2 and the initials FFA as representing an agricultural education membership organization and seals, emblems, and badges the FFA adopts.

2019—Pub. L. 116–7 substituted "FFA" for "corporation" in two places, "names" for "name", and " 'Future Farmers of America' and 'National FFA Organization,' " for " 'Future Farmers of America' " and inserted "education" before "membership".
